Home Data Book is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We recommend exporting your data periodically.

Your data is yours

You own all the data you enter into Home Data Book. You can export it at any time and delete your account at any time. We do not claim any rights over your household data.

Acceptable use

Home Data Book is for personal household record-keeping. You agree not to use it to store illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, or abuse the service in a way that degrades availability for other users.

Recall information

Recall check results are sourced from the U.S. CPSC public API and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of safety. Always verify with the manufacturer and official recall notices. See our Recall Disclaimer for full details.

Limitation of liability

Home Data Book is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on recall check results or loss of data. Use the service at your own discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
